Established in 2012, Benchmark Lofts has been transforming lofts and building quality extensions in homes for years across South East London. Tom is a qualified carpenter and after years of working within the industry has built up a wealth of knowledge alongside his team.
Originally from Suffolk, Tom moved to London 12 years ago, where he started working on high-end residential projects in central London. Tom then went onto working as a subcontractor creating and building loft conversions and extensions all around London, before later setting up Benchmark Lofts.
Since then, Tom and his dedicated team at Benchmark Lofts have grown into a successful company, who pride themselves on delivering high-quality workmanship and great customer service. They go above and beyond and are by your side every step of the process.
