The Ivydale Road SE15 project is a showcase of exceptional design and craftsmanship. The project's journey spanned 18 weeks and entailed complete renovation, including the construction of an L-shaped box dormer with roof terrace. This ambitious transformation involved creating three bedrooms, one study, two bathrooms, one shower room, and a delightful roof terrace, alongside a comprehensive revision of the existing first floor.
/ Clients Requirements and Goals.
Our client requested outdoor space alongside fitted bespoke birch ply joinery throughout. They had a keen interest in unique storage areas and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area with custom lighting. Further, they wanted a new central heating system, full rewiring, a complete re-roof, air conditioning, hardwood flooring throughout living areas, and a suite of bespoke aluminium external windows, doors, and rooflight. For their bathroom, they chose a modern microcement finish.

Staircase Overcladding: The staircase was expertly overclad with hardwood flooring and custom nosings.
Bespoke joinery, custom lighting, aluminum external windows, doors, and rooflight are highlighted features in this project. Moreover, the integration of a fire suppression system and the installation of air conditioning within the joinery underscore our concern for safety without compromising aesthetics. The re-roofing and full rewiring of the property align perfectly with the microcement bathroom and hardwood flooring, providing a perfect blend of functionality and luxurious aesthetics.
