Additional features included an internal balustrade recessed into the wooden floor, bespoke glazing, a bespoke metal staircase, natural light with large glazing and electric roof lights, a wet room shower, air conditioning, trimless pocket doors, hardwood parquet flooring, and bespoke birch ply joinery.
